Residential Conveyancer

Residential Property Fee Earner - Greater Manchester Our client is a well known, local high street firm with 6 offices in and around Manchester and Greater Manchester. Having been established for over 30 years, this firm is LEXCEL and CQS accredited and provides assistance in various disciplines to include residential property, personal injury, private client and family law as well as commercial disciplines. This is a very interesting opportunity for an experienced fee earner to join a traditional, high street firm offering good quality property files from local referrers and recommenders. The vast majority of the work this firm completes is from repeat clients and as such, client care and development is of paramount importance. Due to movement within the team, our client is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join its busy and growing residential property team based in Great Manchester. You will be tasked with handling a caseload from inception through to completion with secretarial and legal assistance. The caseload will consist of a mix of: * Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Shared ownerships / stair casing agreements * Leasehold flats * Lease extensions * Remortgage and transfers of equity You must be well versed handling a caseload autonomously with administration support. As one of the more senior members of the team, ideally you will have had some exposure to management and mentoring although this is not essential. Ideally you will be looking to join a firm where you can progress, develop and make roots long term.
