Our client has been established for over 120 years. The firm offers services across a range of personal services and has developed a strong reputation across Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. Due to retirement and succession planning, this well thought of firm is seeking a qualified solicitor to head up their second office and hopefully become a partner in the next year or two. This role is ideal for any conveyancer looking for partnership opportunity or long term development. You will be tasked with acting on behalf of local clients in relation to sales, purchases, remortgage, shared ownerships and leasehold flats.
