Conveyancing Assistant - Liverpool City Centre Established, forward thinking law firm is recruiting a conveyancing assistant to join its growing team in Liverpool. The firm offers services across a range of personal services and has developed a strong reputation across Merseyside and more recently Lancashire. Due to recent restructuring, this well thought of firm is seeking an experienced assistant to support the fee earners alongside managing your own small caseload. The role will involve supporting a conveyancer working within a close knit team in handling a caseload of residential property transactions from inception through to completion to include: * Liaising with clients and other related parties * Carrying out searches with Land Registry * Drafting contracts * Requesting redemption statements * Setting files up for exchange and completion This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a recognised market leader with exposure to quality work.
