Qualified Conveyancer - Merseyside Long established practice with is looking to recruit a conveyancing fee earner to join its well regarded residential property team in Newton-Le-Willows. The firm has been providing legal services to businesses and personal clients in the local area for many years, many of which return on a repeat basis due to its personal and tailored approach. The residential property team offers an efficient, informative and competitive service to its clients and is now looking to add to the team due to a continued increase in instructions. The role will involve handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions to include; sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, right to buy, shared ownership and new builds from inception through to completion. Previous experience of business development and or marketing would be an advantage. This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to be part of a well established team looking to achieve continued growth.
