Financial Mis-selling Fee Earner - Bolton We are currently assisting a firm based in Bolton looking to recruit into their Financial Mis-selling team. This progressive Lancashire based law firm is seeking a Litigation Fee Earner to join their high performing and growing financial mis-selling team. THE FIRM - Boutique law firm with ambitious growth plans THE ROLE - Working within the close knit team you will handle a varied caseload of financial mis-selling matters. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED At least 12 months litigation experience Experience dealing with high-volume cases Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience managing own litigated case load. IT Literate with an excellent understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook Good communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Organised with effective time management skills to ensure deadline are met.
