Residential Property Fee Earmer required for a full service, private practice firm based on the Wirral Our client is a full service, well respected law firm based in the heart of the Wirral. Due to expansion and growth, they are looking to recruit a fee earner to join their busy team. Any Conveyancing Solicitor / FILEX applying for this post will need experience: * Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Dealing with registered and unregistered titles * Managing shared ownerships, new builds and leasehold flats You will need to be able to handle a busy caseload autonomously and be happy working in a busy environment.
