Catastrophic Loss Paralegal - Essex THE FIRM Based in Chelmsford, this national law firm is looking to recruit a paralegal to join its catastrophic loss team. With an enviable reputation as a provider of high quality legal services, the firm predominately specialise in highly complex and catastrophic personal injury matters. THE OPPORTUNITY The busy catastrophic loss department is seeking a paralegal to join its friendly and hardworking team to assist a with a range of matters including; · Providing assistance to clients and the senior fee earners in the team · Duties to include drafting court docs, reviewing medical records and reports, requesting records, updating clients and chasing third party insurers and solicitors THE REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience dealing with catastrophic loss matters as a paralegal. You will be confident and efficient in assisting fee earners with accuracy and able to work to your own initiative.
