Residential Property Solicitor - Cheshire A rare opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a well respected property team offering exposure to quality residential work and some commercial property matters The firm: One of the North West's leading firms of Solicitors, with a residential property team of highly skilled CQS accredited lawyers. The team handles a full range of conveyancing services via a tailored approach for each of its clients. The Role You will be a qualified conveyancer with a strong background in handling residential property and ideally some exposure to commercial property matters You will handle your own property caseload of predominantly residential property matters initially with a view to working closely with the commercial property solicitor in the team, developing your experience in this area You will have: At least 3 years' experience managing your own caseload of residential property transactions Able to deal with more complex leasehold transactions unsupervised Able to works to tight deadlines and manage your time effectively working as part of a busy and collaborative team Previous experience of working with Proclaim case management system is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided The Benefits: Highly competitive basic salary up to £45,000 Discretionary bonus (after a successful probationary period) 29 days inclusive of bank holidays annual leave (this increases with length of service) plus Christmas off Death in service benefit Pension If you would like to work for a forward thinking firm of solicitors within a highly regarded property team, please contact Lauren Tootell at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
