Residential Conveyancer (High Value)

Residential Conveyancer - Cheshire A niche firm that has branched out into residential conveyancing for high net worth individuals over recent years is in need of an experienced Conveyancer to join its busy team in Cheshire. You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or fee earner with at least two years' experience within residential property and ideally experience acting for high net worth individuals. You will have excellent client care skills as this opportunity involves liaising with some high profile clients including sports and media personalities. The work is sourced via referrals from Manchester and London. It is a mix of leasehold and freehold and the role will involve assisting on some high value projects. You will be the second member of this team and work closely with the senior lawyer. The ideal candidate needs to be driven and dedicated, with a positive attitude.
