You will be responsible for your own diverse caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases · Working as part of a highly experienced and collaborative conveyancing team of residential property experts REQUIREMENTS · A proven background in handling a full range of conveyancing matters with minimal supervision is essential for this role · Confident in working with broker / introducer clients and using a case management system BENEFITS · Competitive salary up to £40,000 · Manageable caseloads of 60-80 files · Hybrid working
