Remortgage Fee Earner - Wirral THE FIRM Market leading firm, which has recently undergone an exciting period of growth is recruiting for an experienced remortgage fee earner to join a forward thinking team with a reputation for offering a professional service. THE OPPORTUNITY This is an great opportunity for an ambitious remortgage conveyancer to be part of a truly innovative conveyancing practice which has grown to become the UK's leading provider of conveyancing services. You will handle your own caseload of remortgage matters to include: * Title checks * Reviewing leases * Handling registered and unregistered remortgage files * Dealing with transfers of equity REQUIREMENTS You will be a remortgage fee earner able to demonstrate a solid legal knowledge and technical skills and be well versed handling your own caseload of remortgage matters. Experience of at least one year is essential.
