Our client is recruiting for an experienced fee earner with experience of managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds and remortgages. The wider team handles an array of matters to include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownerships, auction and investment properties and new build properties.
