Conveyancing Assistant - New Build, South Manchester or Liverpool Award winning firm with offices across the North West is recruiting an experienced conveyancing assistant to join its highly regarded team in Altrincham or Liverpool. Hybrid remote working options are offered with this role. THE FIRM - Niche property firm is looking to grow the team and is recruiting for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join its vibrant new build team - Providing legal services to a variety of clients ranging from private individuals through to major national developers - CQS (conveyancing quality scheme) accredited market leader THE ROLE - Working as part of a busy conveyancing team assisting in the progress a full caseload of transactions through to completion - Mentoring junior team members - Chasing documentation to include ID, mortgage offers and searches - Drafting necessary legal documentation - Handling exchanges and completions - Using a case management systems - Working closely with the senior conveyancer training towards handling your own conveyancing caseload REQUIREMENTS - A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar conveyancing role is essential - Must have experience using a case management system BENEFITS - Highly competitive salary up to £26k plus bonus - Genuine career progression and structured training offered - Regular social events and friendly collegiate working environment - Staff rewards schemes and generous benefits package - On going training and career development For more information regarding this conveyancing role, please contact Lauren Tootell at BCL Legal.
