Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer - Merseyside THE FIRM Long established and well regarded high street firm is looking to appoint a property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join its close knit team in Merseyside. The firm has been established for over 100 years and has a very loyal client following due to the consistently high level of service and quality legal advice it offers its clients in residential and commercial property, private client, family and litigation. THE ROLE The property team is CQS accredited and represents local businesses and private clients This role will involve handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters. The successful fee earner will inherit a caseload of property work, which is of great value to the firm consisting of long standing clients REQUIREMENTS A proven background of handling your own mixed caseload of property and matters with minimal supervision is essential.
