Corporate Lawyer (US Firm)

US law firm seeks Corporate lawyer. The Corporate team of this US law firm provides advice to a range of clients which include private equity funds, financial institutions, corporates as well as investors across a diverse sector base. Work is varied and will include M&A, Private Equity, Public Takeovers, Joint Ventures, Corporate Restructurings and Capital Markets. Due to growth the firm seeks to recruit a corporate lawyer with between three and five years' PQE. Candidates should have experience gained at a US, International or recognised City practice and should have extensive knowledge and experience in M&A, PE and JV transactions. The Corporate team of this office is relatively small and as such the successful candidate will be expected to manage due diligence tasks, completions and research corporate issues. This role will provide the successful candidate with access to work of very high quality within a supportive and collegiate environment; because the team is small you will be expected to manage many transactions and will gain more thorough experience than at many larger firms.
