Corporate Lawyer (3 month FTC)

Our client is a leading US law firm that seeks to recruit a Corporate Lawyer on a three month fixed term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Corporate team that advises domestic and international clients on complex transactions which will include; M&A (public an private), Private Equity transactions, JVs and shareholder arrangements as well as other corporate finance transactions. Applications are sought from experienced corporate lawyers (2+ PQE) who have strong corporate transactional experience gained at a leading US or International firm. This role will commence asap and therefore applicants should be immediately available or have a short notice period.
