Corporate Lawyer

Our client is a leading US law firm that seeks to recruit a corporate associate on a four to six month fixed term contract. Joining a team which focuses on M&A and Private Equity matters the successful candidate will work closely with a highly regarded partner in a fast paced team which will offer excellent quality work. This role is to commence asap and therefore candidates should have a short notice period or be immediately available. Applications are sought from qualified lawyers who have upwards of three years' PQE gained at a US or international law firm. This role will initially be offered for four to six months and will pay a salary upwards of £160,000. BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
