Planning Lawyer (fixed term contract)

Our client, an international law firm, seeks to recruit a planning lawyer on a six month fixed term contract basis. The Planning team of this firm advises on complex matters in relation to energy, infrastructure, urban development and regeneration projects and the team have been involved in some very high profile projects across London in recent year Applications are welcome from lawyers of all levels (upwards of two years' PQE) who have experience of the following: Previous planning experience of major redevelopment projects in London Experience of applications for nationally significant infrastructure projects Experience of due diligence on corporate and portfolio acquisitions Experience of drafting complex planning and highways agreements Experience of preparing planning reports to support real estate transactions Knowledge of environment law This role will be offered on a six month fixed term contract basis.
