FS Regulatory Lawyer

Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer - Fixed Term Contract Our client is a highly regarded, City law firm that is seeking to recruit a FS Regulatory lawyer on a 6-12 month fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will join a team which advises on all aspects of FCA/PRA applications and notifications, the regulatory aspects of corporate and banking transactions and restructurings, outsourcings, new product launches, trading and market conduct, and other contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters. The ideal candidate should be a well trained, FS Regulatory lawyer who has buy-side experience with in-depth knowledge of MiFID II, AIFMD and MAR (CRR and EMIR would be an advantage). This role will be offered on a fixed term contract basis for 6-12 months with possibility for the role to become permanent. Candidates wishing to apply should be available at short notice.
