Corporate Associate A senior associate level corporate solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a position within a London based boutique law firm. The position will suit a corporate solicitor with 5+ years' PQE whose experience includes; · Mergers & acquisitions; · Private equity; · Direct client contact; · Acting for clients in the real estate sector. The team act for clients in a range of sectors - although there is some focus on the real estate sector. Clients including national companies, SMEs, OMBs and new start ups.
