Capital Markets Associate Interesting role within the capital markets team at a well known international law firm. The role is based in the firm's London offices where the team is highly ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers. This is a highly performing team that will suit an ambitious solicitor who wants to work in a forward thinking firm. · Qualified solicitor in England & Wales; · Experience of advising on IPOs, restructuring, fundraising, investment and M&A (private and public) · Excellent attention to detail; · Strong communication skills.
