Corporate Senior Associate - Renewable Energy A senior associate level corporate solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a position in a team focused on clients in the renewable energy sector. The role is based in the firm's London offices. The position will suit a corporate solicitor with 4+ years' PQE who has experience of advising clients on a range of mergers, acquisitions, re-financing, revenue optimization and trading. Applicants should ideally have exposure to the renewable energy sector and be keen to develop their skills further in the sector. Clients are really broad ranging from new start ups to large scale international organisations. These include governmental bodies, developers, utilities providers, banks, funds and oil & gas.
