The role will suit a corporate solicitor who wants to work with an interesting array of international and domestic cleints. · Qualified solicitor in England & Wales; · Experience of advising on mergers, acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures; · The structure of the team is most likely to support an appointment at 4+PQE; · Excellent attention to detail; · Strong communication skills.
