You will need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of relevant legal regulations and procedures, with the ability to advise clients on the most suitable approach for their particular restructuring needs. You will also be required to identify and manage any potential risk in relation to restructuring matters. In addition to the technical side of the role, you will be required to provide commercial advice to clients, and be involved in business development initiatives.
