Corporate Senior Associate/ International Firm/ London Are you an experienced corporate lawyer looking for a new challenge? A respected international firm in London is searching for a Corporate Senior Associate to join their team to work on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital matters. This is a unique role that offers a great opportunity to further your career and work on some of the most exciting and complex deals. The successful candidate will need to possess a high level of legal expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be highly organised, and have an eye for detail. The role involves working on a variety of transactions, including advising on corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, and general corporate matters. You will be expected to provide legal advice, liaise with clients, negotiate deals, and draft and review legal documents. You will also need to support senior team members, and other lawyers, and have the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on complex corporate transactions. You should have excellent knowledge of M&A, private equity and venture capital law, and have proven experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents. A strong commercial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams are also required.
