Banking and Finance Associate Are you a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance law? You will be experienced in a broad spectrum of banking and finance work, including banking related litigation, debt capital markets, structured finance and asset finance. You will have experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of banking-related documents including facility agreements, security documents, and other banking related documents.
