The position will suit an ambitious and skilled corporate solicitor seeking a position within one of the UK's most recognisable law firms. The Candidate: · Must have strong experience, relevant to PQE working on general M&A matters. · Would ideally have experience of advising on private equity or venture capitalist matters. · Ambitious, hard working and interested in working in a meritocratic environment.
