Corporate Senior Associate An international law firm that prides itself on combining superb local knowledge with exceptional international reach is seeking a new senior associate to join their corporate team in London. The corporate team is Legal 500 and Chambers ranked with a particular focus on energy, infrastructure, real estate, aviation and shipping. They are routinely instructed on the largest deals in their sectors. Applications are sought from candidates who can demonstrate the following; · Qualified solicitor in England & Wales; · Experience of advising on M&A, private equity and joint ventures; · Some exposure to relevant sectors would be ideal; · The role is most like to suit someone with 4+ PQE.
