The Firm Award winning and consistently top ranking international firm A firm which puts great emphasis on equality and inclusion Continuously evolving and reviewing its culture Promoting an approachable environment for both its staff and clients The Role Working within the Employment team, this role specifically involves advising on share plans/incentives Working from a broad client base, ranging from multinational FTSE 100 companies to small companies offering an interesting and varied workload Setting up the first incentive arrangements for start-up companies, working with companies and the firms corporate colleagues on a variety of exit incentive arrangements, to advising clients who offer plans internationally in multiple jurisdictions, often together with other colleagues in offices outside of the UK. Requirements Ideally the team is looking to recruit a 0-3 PQE lawyer Candidates are not expected to have knowledge/experience currently of all the areas, rather a complementary skill set/experience and willingness to learn.
