Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate Highly ranked dispute resolution team is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to be based in the Manchester office of this award winning and innovative national firm The Team Highly ranked in the Legal 500 Acting for a wide range of businesses from plcs, public bodies and international companies to owner-managed businesses and non-profit organisations The team handles significant, high value contractual disputes, negligence claims, contractual interpretation, retention of title disputes, sale of goods and services disputes, and misrepresentation claims, as well as large debt claims and insolvency-related issues The Role Working directly alongside a Partner ranked as a "leading individual" Dealing with commercial disputes at all levels, including litigation, arbitration and mediation Support with the development of more junior team members Contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm's commercial dispute resolution practice Support the team with networking and business development initiatives Requirements Circa 4-8 PQE A proven Commercial Dispute Resolution background gained in a reputable team Commercially aware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships Able to contribute to our collaborative culture, with an ambition to assist in the development of junior team members Benefits Competitive salary and a range of flexible benefits Opportunity to work within a recognised and collaborative national team Excellent career development and progression opportunities If you are interested in this Commercial Litigation role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal for a confidential discussion.
