Restructuring Senior Associate - Manchester Leading restructuring and insolvency team is looking to recruit an ambitious restructuring solicitor to be based at the Manchester office of this award winning national firm The Team Working as part of a market leading national restructuring and insolvency team The team is headed by a Partner recognised in the legal directories as a leading individual The client base is impressive and includes the vast majority of the high street lenders and also a wide spectrum of corporate borrowers The Role The role is varied and will involve: - Handling a broad range of non-contentious, transactional and advisory work, covering the full spectrum of corporate restructuring and insolvency work, ranging from debt restructurings to business sales and purchases - Working closely with Partners on a national basis - Assisting with the growth and development of junior members of the team Requirements - Experienced in managing challenging transactional and advisory corporate restructuring work - Prior qualified legal experience in a similar legal setting with a non-contentious or mixed caseload background - Ambition to assist with the development of junior team members - Some exposure to business development and the ability to nurture strong client relationships Benefits - Competitive basic salary and extensive range of benefits - Hybrid working to support a genuine work/life balance - Opportunity to work with a highly regarded team If this restructuring opportunity is of interest, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
