Commercial Associate - Manchester Award winning national firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial solicitor to join its Manchester office on a full time or part time basis. The Team Ranked as Tier1 in Chambers Advising FTSE 100 and 250 clients providing full service commercial advice Providing a full range of commercial advice to include: Collaboration agreements and commercial joint ventures, data protection and privacy, export controls and sanctions, franchising and international development, public procurement, technology procurement, licensing, development, sponsorships and promotions, and supply, distribution and agency agreements The Role Working as part of a collaborative national commercial team headed by a Partner recognised as a "leading lawyer" Handling a broad and varied caseload of work covering complex contracts and agreements for local authorities, government and law enforcement agencies Working collaboratively with Associates and Senior Associates in the team to meet tight deadlines and manage project work Supporting trainees and apprentices in the team Requirements A minimum of 2 PQE Experience of commercial contracts gained from a private practice or public sector setting Ambitious and enthusiastic team player Benefits Competitive salary and flexible benefits package Exposure to work on behalf of many of the UK's leading businesses Working within a multi award winning and forward thinking firm If you are interested in this commercial role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
