Pensions Associate - Manchester A leading Pensions team is recruiting for an experienced Pensions Associate to be based at the Manchester office of this international firm. The Role Working within a team headed by a Leading Lawyer in Pensions Law Top tier in the legal directories Advising an impressive range of clients to include blue chip corporate clients on a wide range of pensions matters to include - - Providing clear pension advice to both trustee and corporate clients - Benefit change projects and de-risking exercises - Drafting scheme documents - Interpreting rules, trustee powers and discretions - Scheme valuation negotiations and funding solutions - Restructurings and winding up - Buy-in and buy-out projects - Pensions Litigation Requirements Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Pensions Associate within a recognised Pensions team Strong knowledge of Pensions Law Flexibility to support client development and attend networking events Benefits A competitive salary and an excellent benefits package Opportunity to work with a market leading team with full support and development from Partners Working with a family friendly firm recognised and awarded for its approach to flexible working This is an excellent platform for an ambitious Pensions Solicitor to establish themselves in a highly successful team with the support of a team of experts in this practice area For more information regarding this Pensions role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
