Property Litigation - Manchester A rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading property litigation teams of this international firm from its office based in Manchester THE FIRM Innovative and multi award winning firm Offices globally with a large number of Tier 1 ranked teams Championing change, diversity and inclusion to create an environment where its team can flourish THE ROLE Working within this national first class property litigation team One of the largest dedicated property litigation teams in the UK, which works closely on a national basis with other offices Handling complex and high-value property litigation and advisory work across a wide range of contentious property issues Regularly running complex cases to trial up to and including Supreme Court level and particularly active in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) Interesting and varied caseload ranging from advising on vacant possession strategies to restrictive covenants and rights to light disputes Representing an enviable client-base including developers, retailers and educational institutions.
