Procurement Legal Specialist - Manchester A unique opportunity for a commercial paralegal to work as in house counsel to the procurement team of this international law firm based at its offices in Manchester. The role is offered on a full or part time basis. The role Acting as in house counsel to the wider procurement team and business stakeholders Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of supplier agreements Working on high value, high risk bespoke agreements, such as outsourcing, IT and software and service agreements, or lower value consultancy and non-disclosure agreements, including extensions and variations.
