Immigration Solicitor - Manchester BCL is working with an award winning national firm, recruiting an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join its team based in Manchester to handle a caseload of personal and corporate Immigration matters. The Role Providing providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of UK immigration law, including visa applications and appeals Acting on behalf of both corporate and personal clients Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, building a strong reputation for the Manchester office in the field of immigration law. Generate and manage a caseload of complex immigration cases, ensuring that all work is completed within strict deadlines. Requirements The team is happy to consider Senior UK Immigration Solicitors at Associate, Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level, depending on experience. A minimum of 3 PQE in Immigration Law is essential for this role Excellent knowledge of UK immigration law and policy.
