Education Solicitor - Manchester / Liverpool An opportunity for a NQ-3 Solicitor to join a leading Education Law team of this national law firm. The role can be based in Liverpool or Manchester The Role Working within a leading Education team alongside a recognised Partner Handling a caseload of 1st Tier tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care) Cases Education Law Judicial Review Claims Education Law Advice Assisting the team with delivery of training Attend off-site visits and meetings, such as Court Hearings, clients' offices etc Assist the team and wider department with the development of the regulatory practice Carry out and attend marketing and business development activities and events Requirements Solicitor/Associate up to 3 PQE Experienced in Education law either in-house or in private practice Advocacy experience Benefits Competitive salary and excellent benefits package Working as part of a highly regarded team with exposure to top quality work Hybrid working options For more information regarding this Education Law role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
