The role Working within a highly ranked commercial disputes team This team of highly regarded and recognised litigators is led by a Partner ranked in the legal directories as a leading individual Acting on behalf of an impressive range of blue chip clients Handling a broad portfolio of commercial disputes to include High Court litigation, arbitration and other proceedings arising from high value and complex contractual disputes, information technology disputes and other commercial disputes matters, including soft IP, procurement and sports disputes. Helping to develop existing specialisms to include technology, sports and reputation management.
