Employment Solicitor - Greater Manchester An opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join this Legal 500 ranked Employment team in North Manchester. The role - Working within this leading North West firm as part of its highly regarded Employment team - The team acts on behalf of local and large national companies, charities and individuals on all aspects of Employment Law - The role is varied and will include Advising both employers and employees, Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, sex, race, and disability discrimination, TUPE, Redundancy and transfer of undertakings, Negotiating settlement agreements - Restrictive covenants and breaches of confidentiality, Workplace disputes, Employment contracts and Staff handbooks - Working directly with Partners in the team - Mentoring junior lawyers Requirements 4 - 8 PQE qualified solicitor Experience of advising claimant and respondent clients Able to handle a varied caseload of Employment matters with minimal supervision Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible and hybrid working offered Working within a team recognised in the legal directories For more information regarding this Employment role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
