Commercial Healthcare Associate - Manchester An opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a leading team of this international law firm based at its offices in Manchester The Role The team advises NHS bodies and independent sector organisations providing services in the health sector, including health tech and life sciences on a broad range of contractual, procurement, governance and regulatory matters This is a varied role, which include; - Supporting the team on commercial and procurement work NHS and independent sector clients - Drafting contractual terms and conditions including innovative contracting models including joint ventures, alliance agreements and collaboration arrangements - Assisting with NHS mergers and acquisitions - Advising on public procurement processes and procurement documentation - Advising healthtech providers (including NHS organisations and private providers) on commercial and regulatory issues including data protection law - Supporting business development strategies and attending networking events - Developing relationships with clients / intermediaries.
