Property Litigation Associate - Manchester BCL is working with this Top 50 national firm assisting with the recruitment of a 3 - 5 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join its team in Manchester The Role Working within a leading commercial disputes team with a focus on property disputes Acting for both commercial and residential landowners, landlords and tenants to include high profile, household names alongside a variety of developers, managing agents, investors and private clients Managing a varied caseload of property disputes to include boundary and easement disputes, professional negligence claims, dilapidation claims, contract disputes, breach of covenant claims, landlord and tenant disputes, nuisance and trespass claims, break notices, lease renewals, forfeiture, lease extensions and enfranchisement, service charge disputes, trusts of land disputes and commercial and residential possession claims Confidently managing a busy caseload of property disputes Assisting partners and senior solicitors on high value/complex disputes Requirements 3 - 5 PQE qualified solicitor Proven background in property disputes to include complex and high value matters Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment Benefits Highly competitive basic salary and benefits package Working in a very supportive team, which has a collegiate culture Working on high profile work alongside Partners recognised in the field of property disputes For more information regarding this property litigation role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
