Commercial Associate

Commercial Associate - Manchester BCL is working with a leading international firm recruiting a Commercial Associate to join its commercial legal services team. The role will be based in Manchester and also offers hybrid working. The Role Working as part of a managed legal services commercial team advising a major utilities client in respect of commercial law and legal issues Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and other legal documents tailored to the client's needs Attending meetings and negotiations as legal adviser with opposing parties Monitoring the suitability of the client's contract precedents, processes and procedures and amending them and providing training as necessary Designing and delivering commercial law training to the client's business and management teams Requirements Ideally, the team is looking to recruit a 2+ PQE Commercial solicitor In house / utilities experience would be an advantage but is not essential Good relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented Benefits A unique opportunity to work as part of this legal services team with a major client Highly competitive salary and benefits package Working with a leading international firm For more information regarding this commercial role, please contact Nicola O'Hanlon at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
