Conveyancing Administrator - Full service law firm - Cheshire
Legal 500 listed Commercial law firm is recruiting LPC Graduates looking to pursue a career in Conveyancing with a recognise firm to join its vibrant and busy team. The firm is ranked in the top tier for its property services and has been established for over 150 years. With over a hundred people at its offices in Cheshire the firm represents a wide range of commercial and private clients.
The growing conveyancing team offers a range of services to its clients. The successful LPC Graduate will be join a Residential Property team headed by an entrepreneurial and award winning Solicitor.
You will assist on all initial stages of transactions to include
* Submitting client care information
* Requesting searches via the land registry
* Carrying out money laundering checks
* Liaising with clients to provide progress updates
This is an ideal role for an LPC Graduate looking to secure a role within Residential Property which offers a genuine opportunity to progress. In recent years a number of the team have secured Training Contracts. In short this is a firm which rewards hard work.
