Conveyancing Team Manager - Greater Manchester
Innovative South Manchester based law firm is expanding its residential property team. The firm represents a range of clients from private individuals through to major national developers and is CQS accredited. Since its inception the firm has grown considerably but has retained it values for customer service and as a result has won a number of awards. The firm is recruiting a Team Manager to oversee one of its highly successful teams.
The role will involve overseeing a diverse portfolio of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. Liaising with clients via email, telephone and in person providing regular and informative updates. Ensuring each transaction is completed efficiently and correctly. Managing and motivating a team of conveyancing assistants, delegating work to them and ensuring they are adequately trained to fulfil their duties effectively.
Proven background in running your full caseload using a case management system is essential as is experience of mentoring an assistant. A conveyancing qualification is desirable.
