Residential Conveyancer - South Manchester Well regarded regional law firm is recruiting a senior conveyancer with a particular focus on new build matters to join its leading conveyancing team in South Manchester. THE FIRM The firm is a market leader in the conveyancing sector and is based in the heart of South Manchester. It prides itself on working closely with its clients to offer a service which encompasses both technical expertise and an efficient service. This role will involve acting on behalf of a range of builders, lenders and private clients the successful fee earner will be exposed to a wide range of matters. THE OPPORTUNITY Residential conveyancers applying must have substantial experience handling a caseload from inception through to completion using a case management system. The caseload will consist of new build purchases and any related sales of existing client properties. You will also supervise administrative support staff and also mentor junior fee earners.
