A top tier Legal 500 ranked firm are seeking an NQ - 2 PQE employment solicitor to join their office based in Reading.
Role and Requirements:
- The employment solicitor will cover a range of work which will involve a mixture of contentious and non contentious work;
- The range of non contentious work will include being able to advise on redundancies, TUPE as well dismissal, leave, and disciplinary matters;
- You will be expected to attend hearings and deal with appeals and trade union matters;
- An employment solicitor who has experience in both contentious and non contentious matters working on behalf of both the claimant and respondent would be advantageous;
- Experience in corporate support will be highly desirable;
