NQ+ Employment Solicitor - Oxfordshire BCL Legal have been instructed by a Legal 500 ranked team based in Oxfordshire who are seeking a qualified employment solicitor to join their super busy team. Role and responsibilities: - The role will suit an NQ+ employment solicitor who is seeking a role with a varied employment caseload - The employment solicitor will cover a mixture of both contentious and non contentious work, however the majority of the work will have more of a focus on the contentious side - The employment solicitor will look after a respondent led caseload, however there may occasionally be some claimant work - The employment solicitor will get a wide range of exposure to complex and varied caseloads including the chance to work with clients from healthcare, education and the technology sector.
