NQ Insolvency Litigator | Berkshire | Leading regional firm A great opportunity has arisen for an NQ+ Litigator to join a Legal 500 ranked firm based in Berkshire. Role and requirements: - You will be an NQ Solicitor with experience in both contentious and non contentious insolvency work or with a passion to develop in this area. - You will form a part of the corporate team assisting the Partner and senior fee earners on complex insolvency and corporate recovery work. - Ideally you will have advocacy skills, good negotiation skills and work well as part of a busy corporate team.
