Commercial Litigation Solicitor | Cardiff A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced (at least 1 year of PQE) commercial litigation solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 and Chambers ranked dispute resolution team in Cardiff. The role: - You will form a part of a highly successful disputes team working on varied litigation matters to include: contractual, shareholder, insolvency, construction, fraud and IP disputes. - The sectors will also be varied from large automotive and financial services clients through to some SMEs. - You will from time to time assist the Partners on large and complex litigation cases but will also have responsibility of managing your own caseload. Requirements: - You will have at least 1 year of PQE having covered the above. - Able to manage your own caseload as well as assisting the wider team on some more complex matters. - Be enthusiastic and resilient with an excellent commercial acumen.
