Employment Solicitor

Employment, Pensions and Immigration | Surrey | Legal 500 ranked team BCL are working with an international law firm who are seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join their team based in Surrey. The role: - Working on a full range of employment issues including (but not limited to) disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy processes, TUPE, discrimination and harassment claims and running employment tribunal litigation. - Most of your caseload will be dealing with work for respondents but you will often also work with claimants - mainly Senior Executives and Directors. - Work across the wider team to maximise business development opportunities as well maintaining excellent relations with existing clients. Requirements: - An experienced employment solicitor (at least 3+ PQE) with the experience of the above. - A strong team player. - Good commercial acumen.
